When Will My Order Be Ship
Orders takes 2 – 7 days to be processed and shipped.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days.
Do You Provide Tracking
Yes, our shipping comes with tracking. Do note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
I Received My Shipping Confirmation Email, But The Tracking Number Doesn't Work
Tracking information is not available right away. It often takes at least one business day for USPS to update tracking. If you try the tracking number too soon, you may find that there is no record of your package yet. Please check the tracking number again tomorrow.

What is your return/exchange policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products, with the exception of custom designed orders which can only be returned due to a product defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
